Top tier design is a boutique architectural studio. We provide interior and exterior design services for residential projects.

The studio offers a variety of planning and design options and expertise in handling the authorities building and planning departments.

We tailor our designs to match the customer's needs. Aesthetic and functional requirements are our core values when working on a new project. Therefore, we strive for slick, clean designs that utilize every space effortlessly. Our goal is to design functional, spacious, and livable homes.

The studio was founded by Sivan Joseph in 2018 and serves clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sivan helped me design a beautiful and highly functioning layout. It was a joy to work with her. She is creative, responsive, and attentive to her client’s needs. I felt that it was a collaborative process: she was happy to examine different ideas and to use a 3-dimensional computer program to help me see what the final outlet will look like.
